What should I bring to class?
We provide all the equipment for you. Wear workout clothes and shoes and bring some water. Arrive 10 minutes early to give you a chance to get to know the coach and fill out the waiver.
Think about your goals and why you want to start CrossFit. Be ready to learn, work hard and ask a lot of questions.
